Which, while I’m sure is awesome and such for her, is kinda lame for me - I am currently bootay free. Anyway, she was getting on her plane from houston to newark, when they suddenly informed her that all of her luggage is currently en route to LA, and that perhaps she needs to rework her plans. I guess she really could have used some travel insurance or something, because she was stuck for several days in NJ of all places, with virtually nothing worth owning beyond what she had in her carryon.

She’s 6. Of course, she used to be a lot younger. And in babysitting for a friend today, I realized what I dislike most about babies. Changing diapers. It’s not that bad if you have adisposable diaper, but if you have incredibly hippy parents that make you wash out the diapers, oh jesus. I prefer not to rinse poop out of cloth for $6.00/hour. Disposable diapers you just wrap up and dump out, its quite nice.

A survey was done by gallup as to what word people associate most with the candidates, for obama the leader was change, with 19%. For McCain, it was old, with 20%. While most of that is largely just because he is quite elderly, at 72 come election day, he also looks it. Maybe he should pick up some wrinkle cream.

I checked the site I always check first, NewEgg. Hooooly cow, they overprice those things - I don’t really want to pay 70 more with shipping than I would retail. So I checked buy.com, and they had the best buy I’ve ever seen on a monitor - this was a year ago, and I could probably resell it today for more than I paid for (appreciation on a monitor?! what?).

I really hate the dead-eyed look of single moms with their failures toddling along behind them at Wal-Mart, and I frankly don’t like paying so much for my clothes that I’ll shop at hollister or stores like that, so target it is. They’ve got good deals on most clothing (OMG, $10 for shorts), nice retro-band t-shirts, and a good selection of other products. To bring the price down even further, I often look for Target coupons online, which can you get you up to half-off in store prices.
