I currently do three things to help pay for college. I work 9 to 5 at my parents business, a Cowboy hat wholesaler, I sell computers and blog about them online, and I DJ local dances. While I enjoy all of them, the most exhilarating is the DJing. Throwing on a new song, or an old classic like “Hot in Herre”, and watching the dance floor go wild is incredible. However, the equipment is expensive as heck. $1000 speakers, $200/turntable, $300 mixer, and who knows how much for a light show. That’s why many people will rent large parts of their equipment, and turn to places that offer speaker and video wall rentals to help keep costs down.
