As you can see, this build is a huge step up from yesterdays. The processor has tripled in speed - from 800Mhz to 2.4Ghz, and gone from a no-name VIA processor to an AMD Athlon. The RAM is from a more recent generation, and you get four times as much - 1GB instead of 256MB. The hard drive doubles in size and is on a faster standard - SATA vs ATA. And finally, the optical driver is no now longer just a CD-reader, but a CD and DVD burner. In fact, the only thing that’s stayed the same is the case. Quite an improvement.
