Getting in shape

So, I’ve been trying to get into shape prior to going to college. I’ve been hitting the gym 6(well, 3) days a week, and running a few miles as many days a week as possible. However, I understand that most people don’t work from home and might not be able to do that - so losing weight can be quite a bit more difficult. If your one of those people, you might want to look at hoodia, an organic supplement thats supposed to aid weight loss.
