If you end up creating an online business, and its doing fairly well, there’s a good chance you’re going to have employees in various geographical locations. Be they outsourced tech support or simply a sales rep at a conference, you’ll need to communicate with people hundreds, if not thousands of miles away from you. You’re probably going to need to be in communication with these people. While most common method of doing so is still the phone, there’s a better way. Webinars. Webinars are online seminars or web video conferencing. They say 90% of communication is nonverabal - web video conferencing allows you to see those non verbal cues, leading to more effective communication. Even if you don’t have any employees abroad, you almost certainly have customers that you can’t speak to in person, and an easy way to inform them about your product is through Webinars, or web seminars.
